About the Role:
The Clinical Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the hospital staff, ensuring quality care and compliance with policies, and managing administrative functions. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of hospital staff to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Management of administrative functions, including preparation of reports, review of staffing and budgetary needs, and integration of Nursing Services functions with other hospital departments.
- Participation in program development and training for nurse-recruitment activities and assistance with continuing education programs.
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating designated nursing staff.
- Development of nursing protocol and procedures.
- Continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Patient assessment and provision of nursing care.
- Maintenance of patient health care records.
- Promotion of adherence to our Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement.
