Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to function effectively in a stressful environment. A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing is required, along with current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama.
Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are also required, with BLS certification needed within 30 days of hire date and ACLS certification required within 6 months of employment.
