About the Role:
This position involves providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with physicians, nursing supervisor/manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning process.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
A current Alabama licensure as Registered Nurse is required, along with BCLS certification within 6 months of hire date.
