*** 10K Sign-On Bonus with a 2-Year Commitment ***The registered nurse assumes primary responsibility for the total care of assigned clients in the respective unit. The nurse is responsible for the processes of assessment, reassessment, establishment of nursing diagnoses, formulation of the written plan of care, implementation of care, and evaluation of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive care to patients, including assessment, care planning, and implementation in an acute care setting.
- Supervises nursing staff to ensure high standards of nursing care.
- Educates patients and families about health care training and education as required.
- Collaborates with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provides leadership and direction to other team members to maintain optimal standards of nursing care.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where employed.
- BLS/CPR certification within 30 days of hire date.
- ACLS certification within 6 months of employment.
