Responsibilities and Expectations
As a registered nurse at ScionHealth, your primary responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities- Providing direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Developing nursing care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- You will also communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participate in discharge planning process.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
Qualifications- A current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification is required; ACLS certifications are preferred.
- At least six months of Medical-Surgical experience in an acute care setting is desired.
