Develop and implement individualized care plans, assessing patient progress and monitoring pain management procedures.
">Participate in discharge planning, ensuring seamless transitions of care and maintaining open communication with families.
">Deliver quality patient care, contributing to the nursing care plan from admission to discharge.
">Prepare assessments of patient's progress, keeping family informed and supervising ancillary staff members.

Requirements:

Current state licensure as Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
">Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited Institution.
">At least six months Medical/Surgical experience in an acute-care setting preferred; Critical Care experience is highly desirable.
">BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
