Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will assess patient conditions, develop care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced assessment and clinical skills.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate timely discharges.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
