Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICU nursing and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for assigned patients.
- Provide critical care and support to patients facing acute medical challenges.
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient education and advocacy.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification and ACLS required.
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
Responsibilities:
- Recognize and respond appropriately to patient change in condition.
- Institute emergency action and notify physician as needed.
- Complete and document patient admission assessment and reassessments accurately.
Salary : $45 - $56
