Responsibilities:
- Oversight of hospital staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Professional guidance for nursing personnel, management of disciplinary issues, and preparation of administrative reports.
- Participation in program development and training for nurse-recruitment activities and continuing education programs.
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating designated nursing staff.
- Maintenance of patient health care records and supply inventory records.
- Promotion of adherence to the Company's Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement.
Qualifications:
- Appropriate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse/RN license in the state.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Two years of Registered Nurse/RN nursing experience in a hospital.
- One to two years supervisory/leadership experience.
