• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Able to work all shift patterns, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuity of care and appropriateness of nursing coverage.
• Cognitive ability and practical ability to provide nursing care appropriate to the patient population assigned, considering client age and diagnosis.
