As a Nurse Resident, you will provide exceptional patient care, including medication administration and assistance with daily living activities, while working in a collaborative environment. • Perform care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatments

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation

• Monitor, record, and communicate the patient condition to the care team, physician, patient and family (as appropriate)

QualificationsMinimum Work Experience

• 1 year of Emergency Department experience is required

Minimum Education

• An Associate degree is required
• A BSN is preferred

Certificate/Licenses

• BLS certification is required
• ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
• PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of hire
• TNCC certification within 6 months of hire
• Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Texas

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, including:

• Medication administration and assistance with daily living activities
• Care intervention, including specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments
• Maintaining accurate records of patient condition and communicating with the care team, physician, patient, and family
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
