Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of critically ill patients to identify their needs and develop a plan of care.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications safely and accurately, using the seven rights of medication administration.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification and ACLS required.
- Minimum one year training and experience in Critical Care.
