Specialty Hospitals
Our specialty hospitals provide critical care services for an extended recovery period, similar to those found in traditional hospitals or intensive care units. Our clinicians play a vital role in helping patients recover from chronic, critically ill, and medically complex conditions.
Nursing Supervisor / RN Role
- Oversee hospital staff to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Provide professional guidance for nursing personnel, manage disciplinary issues, and prepare administrative reports.
- Participate in program development and training for nurse-recruitment activities and continuing education programs.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate designated nursing staff; assign duties and coordinate nursing services.
- Develop and implement nursing protocols and procedures.
- Provide continuing education and staff development opportunities for nursing staff.
- Assess patient needs and participate in providing nursing care.
- Maintain accurate patient health care records.
- Manage supply inventory records and order supplies as needed.
- Promote adherence to our Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring employee performance and addressing compliance issues.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Additional state requirements as applicable.
- A valid Registered Nurse/RN license in the state.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Two years of Registered Nurse/RN experience in a hospital setting.
- One to two years of supervisory/leadership experience.
