As an RN House Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned areas, including supervising staff, developing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily staff activities for assigned areas.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and employee satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Requirements
• Minimum education: Associates degree required, Bachelors degree in Nursing Preferred.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, Handle with Care must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• License: Texas RN License.
