Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You should also have a valid licensure in the State of Texas as a Registered Nurse (RN) or COMPACT LICENSE. Additionally, you may be required to obtain ACLS and PALS certifications within six months of hire.
