Key Accountabilities- Assess and address patient needs through thorough evaluation and planning
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Promote patient engagement and empowerment through education and support
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Current BLS certification within 30 days of hire date
- Knowledge of patient education principles and practices
