Patient Care:
As a Registered Nurse at ScionHealth, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate and personalized patient care. Through comprehensive assessment, planning, and intervention, you will ensure that patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and self-care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent experience.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse and BCLS certification required.
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
