- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to address their concerns and promote understanding of their treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum six months' experience in medical/surgical nursing in an acute care setting.
