• Provides comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Med Surg 3 Unit
• Administers medication and performs clinical treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitors patient conditions and documents all observations and interventions
• Collaborates with care teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care
• Assists patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and nutrition
• Evaluates learning needs of patients and provides education on health and wellness topics
• Associate's degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
• Current Alabama RN Licensure or Compact License that includes AL
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire date
