Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications, perform clinical treatments, and assist patients with daily living activities.
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating effectively with the care team and physician.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year ER experience required.
- Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, or ENPC within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC certification within 6 months of hire.
- Current Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
