Critical Care Nursing Supervisor
This Nursing Supervisor position is a key member of the ScionHealth team, responsible for leading a team of nurses in a specialty hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in critical care nursing and experience in managing staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical leadership, including staff supervision and management.
- Nursing protocol development and procedure implementation.
- Staff evaluation and development, including performance assessments and coaching.
- Patient care coordination, including assessing patient needs and documenting services provided.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Two years of RN nursing experience in a critical care setting.
- One to two years of supervisory/leadership experience.
