Key Responsibilities:- Deliver quality patient care by contributing to the nursing care plan from admission to discharge
- Prepare assessments of patient progress and keep families informed
- Participate in discharge planning and ensure accurate patient documentation

Qualifications:- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- At least six months medical/surgical experience in an acute-care setting
- BCLS certification required; ACLS preferred
