Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary staff.
- Assess patient needs and provide direct and indirect care through the nursing process.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, nursing supervisors, and co-workers to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. Key qualifications include:
- Graduation from an accredited BSN, ADN, or diploma program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification.
- ACLS certification.
- CRRN preferred.
