Job Summary
The Clinical Coordinator plays a key role in implementing the hospital's philosophy, goals, policies, and procedures, ensuring effective patient care in their department.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- Skills: Critical thinking, decisive judgment, ability to work with minimal supervision, and handle stressful environments effectively
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS within 6 months of hire
- Licenses: Valid licensure in Georgia as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Responsibilities
Under the direction of the department director, the Clinical Coordinator will ensure the effective implementation of the hospital's and nursing department's policies, procedures, and goals on patient care in their department.
