As a Clinical Supervisor RN, you will oversee hospital staff to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and mandated regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversight of hospital staff to ensure quality care and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Guidance and management of disciplinary issues, staffing, and budgetary needs.
- Participation in program development, training, and continuing education programs.
- Hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating designated nursing staff.
- Development and maintenance of nursing protocol and procedures.
- Appropriate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- BCLS and ACLS certification.
- Two years of Registered Nurse (RN) nursing experience in a hospital.
- One to two years of supervisory/leadership experience.
$52.73 to $76.91 hourly.
