About the Position
This role requires coordinating supply procurement and patient billing for the Operating Room (OR-specialty area).
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Materials Management and other supply houses to procure and charge supplies, instruments, and specialized products or equipment used in the operations of the OR
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing, as well as relevant experience and certifications
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- The capacity to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
Required Certifications and Licenses
This position requires:
- Valid RN licensure in the State of Georgia
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with CNOR preferred
Experience
You should have at least 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room.
