Your Responsibilities:
- Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
- Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patients, family, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Teams, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in discharge planning process to ensure seamless transitions for patients.
You must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Alabama to be considered for this role.
