Position Summary

SciPlay is a leading developer and publisher of digital games on mobile and web platforms, providing highly entertaining free-to-play games that millions of people play every day for their authenticity, engagement and fun.

Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented and experienced Art Director to lead our art team in developing slot games. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in slot game art, a solid understanding of game art, and experience managing creative talent. The Art Director will be responsible for setting the visual style, overseeing the art production process, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality assets that meet the unique needs of a mobile platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and drive the artistic vision for slot games, ensuring a cohesive and engaging visual experience.
• Manage a team of artists, including illustrators, animators, and technical artists.
• Collaborate with game designers, developers, and product owners to ensure the artistic vision is aligned with gameplay and technical requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for art assets, providing feedback and guidance to the art team.
• Ensure all assets meet the required technical specifications and are optimized for mobile performance.
• Follow industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to ensure our slot games and skills remain relevant and competitive.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Game Design, or a related field.
