What are the responsibilities and job description for the AEM Architect | Chicago, IL | On-site position at Sciprex?
- 12 years of experience in IT with at least 6 years of hands-on AEM experience in development and architecture roles.
- Strong expertise in AEM 6.x (Sites, Assets, Forms, Headless, SPA Editor, GraphQL).
- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JSP, Servlets, and JCR (Apache Jackrabbit Oak).
- Experience with AEM Component Development, Editable Templates, Workflows, and Content Fragments.
- Hands-on experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe I/O is a plus.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Microservices, and Headless CMS approaches.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment.
- Expertise in AEM Cloud Service, AWS, or Azure hosting environments.
- Strong knowledge of Frontend technologies (React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Sightly/HTL).
- Experience in multi-site management, localization, and translation workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
