Role and Responsibilities :
- Lead electrical engineering projects from inception to completion while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional quality.
- Design innovative systems that stimulate heart and muscle tissues for experiments, covering long-term incubation to short-term studies.
- Develop robust code for both the backend (stimulator systems) and frontend (user interfaces) to facilitate data analysis for biologists.
- Engage in Small Batch Manufacturing by designing and constructing circuits for generating prototypes of stimulators and generators.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in existing systems such as servers, incubators, and microscopes to maintain operational efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and training to colleagues in electrical engineering best practices and concepts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, software, and biology teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain Good Documentation Practices throughout the entire product lifecycle to ensure clarity and compliance.
- Oversee the maintenance of design documentation , generate test reports, and create standard operating procedures to guide project workflows.
