What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Director of Market Access position at SciPro?
We are currently partnered with a mid-sized global pharmaceutical company that has a diverse pipeline spanning therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Inflammation, CNS, Cardiometabolic, Respiratory, and Retinal diseases. With over 20 programs in Phase 1 and more than 15 in Phase 2, they are actively expanding their Market Access group.
As one of our largest clients, we collaborate across multiple functions to support their growth, and more recently the growth of Market Access within the Mental Health space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute U.S. market access strategies for mental health products, aligning with global objectives and addressing pricing, reimbursement, and value communication challenges.
- Lead payer engagement, including coverage negotiations and relationship-building with stakeholders such as PBMs, health systems, and advocacy organizations.
- Integrate HEOR, RWE, and patient outcomes to build compelling value propositions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
