Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute system integration tasks across software and hardware components.
- Develop integration plans and test strategies to ensure system functionality and interoperability.
- Coordinate closely with systems engineers, software developers, and test teams to manage integration activities efficiently.
- Conduct integration and testing of complex systems, ensuring compliance with system requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members involved in system integration efforts.
- Document integration processes and results, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- A current TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmental Information.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in systems engineering or systems integration.
- Proven experience in integrating complex software systems with hardware components.
- Strong understanding of system integration principles, testing methodologies, and software development processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with government hosted ground system framework.
- Experience with missile warning systems or other defense-related applications.
- Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams.
- Graduate degrees or coursework in Systems Engineering or related fields.
