The salary range for this position is $27 - $30/hr. In addition to a competitive market-based salary, Sciton provides an opportunity to participate in equity/stock incentive programs, a profit-sharing bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401k with matching.
Position Summary
Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. Develops and executes replenishment strategies; conducts physical inventories and leads cycle counts. Analyzes and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.

In This Role You Will
- Collaborates and communicates with service department, manufacturing and others involved in restocking service inventory and orders needing fulfillment.
- Generates a service inventory forecast.
- Analyze past inventory variances and supportive documentation to improve future procedures and inventory counts.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory.
- Establish Ordering process of Service stock parts and Movement of R &D inventoried parts.
- Organize inventory per needs of department.
- Establish inventory specifications for stocking and shipping.
- Establish Part picture books for reference β training for shipping team.
- Establish guidelines and standards of what parts should look like.
- Provides inventory reports as requested.
- Conducts frequent spot and partial audits of physical inventory.
- Collaborates with R&D , Productions, and service to create service FRUS
- Continuous positive communication with stakeholders.
- Establish and ensure that obsolete parts are removed from inventory and service parts list.
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferable within manufacturing operations.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Enterprise solution software familiarity is a plus
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, highly-organized, creative, enthusiastic, and capable of
- staying under control with pressure from multiple ongoing projects
- Flexible, with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
