- Anwer in bound calling to inquire jobs and set up initial consult
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to promote services and secure appointments
- Market available appointment slots to maximize bookings
- Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments preparing daily schedules and followup on each job with each supervisor of the jobs
- Provide exceptional customer service during appointment scheduling
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies staying on top of scheduled payments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or inside sales
- Familiarity with technology sales and software systems
- Strong negotiation skills to secure appointments effectively
- Excellent bilingual communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
