Aloft Frisco is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to provide exceptional service during breakfast hours to our guests. This role will involve ensuring that our breakfast offerings are fresh, visually appealing, and served in a timely manner. The Breakfast Attendant will also assist with special group hot breakfast grab-and-go bags and may occasionally support banquet events or other food service needs as required. Flexibility and teamwork are key to ensuring our guests receive a great start to their day.
Key Responsibilities:

Breakfast Service:

Set up and maintain breakfast buffet or designated food stations, ensuring all food items are stocked and replenished throughout the service hours.

Serve a small menu of breakfast items, ensuring all items are fresh, hot, and visually appealing.

Ensure the cleanliness of the breakfast area, including wiping down surfaces, replacing utensils, and maintaining a tidy, organized space.

Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, assisting with food choices, and responding to guest inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

Group Hot Breakfast Grab-and-Go Bags:

Assist with preparing hot breakfast grab-and-go bags for groups or special requests.

Ensure the bags are accurately assembled according to specific group or guest needs.

Maintain an organized inventory of grab-and-go items and ensure timely delivery to the appropriate locations.
