Your Role:
As Executive Chef, you’ll set the tone and direction for the entire kitchen operation. Key responsibilities include:
· Lead all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation across outlets and events.
· Develop menus and specials while managing food and labor costs.
· Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate all kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and professional environment.
· Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.
· Monitor and manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
· Maintain scheduling and staffing levels based on business needs.
· Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature guidelines are followed.
· Collaborate with other departments and hotel leadership to support overall success.
· Respond to guest feedback and adjust operations to ensure satisfaction.
· Participate in budget planning and manage expenses within set targets.
