Hotel Maintenance Engineer 2:30-11:00
- Handle maintenance requests swiftly and effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction with timely solutions.
- Follow established procedures and policies diligently, and report emergencies or unusual situations immediately.
- Perform a range of preventative maintenance tasks including carpentry, painting, plumbing, basic electrical, and minor repairs in guest rooms, meeting rooms, equipment,
- Conduct regular property walks to and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Immediately follow up on any safety concerns.
- Assist in maintenance of health code requirements for pool and spa.
- Other duties as assigned.
