Your Role:
As a Shuttle Driver, you will provide exceptional service, maintain a pristine vehicle, and be a knowledgeable resource for local information. Some of your responsibilities include:
- Drive guests to and from the airport and designated locations.
- Assist guests with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout their journey. Escort guests to rooms as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the shuttle van.
- Provide information and concierge services, including directions and local recommendations.
- Adhere to scheduled van runs and accommodating guest needs with efficiency and courtesy.
- Assist with maintaining cleanliness of motor entrance, lobby, and public spaces. Assist Housekeeping as needed.
- Deliver messages and packages to meeting rooms or guest rooms.
- Other duties as assigned.
