Your Role:
As a Bartender, you will transform every guest interaction into a delightful experience. Your mission is to create top-notch beverages while maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere at the bar. Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Greet and engage with guests, creating a welcoming environment from the moment they step up to the bar.
- Craft and serve beverages according to established recipes and portion controls, ensuring each drink is made to perfection.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, keeping it inviting and efficient.
- Monitor and manage inventory to control costs and ensure a seamless operation.
- Comply with all safety and alcohol regulations, including checking IDs and serving responsibly.
- Handle transactions accurately, always ringing transactions, providing receipts and thanking guests with a smile.
- Collaborate with the team to keep the bar running smoothly, performing both opening and closing duties.
- Stay knowledgeable about our offerings and engage in up-selling to enhance the guest experience.
- Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S. system.
- Other duties as assigned.
