SCM2 Management LLC is currently seeking a full-time Leasing Agent to join their team in Medina, Ohio . Our Leasing Agent be a skilled multitasker that will assist new and current residents with their needs and troubleshoot any issues associated with the tenant lifecycle while exhibiting excellent customer service.

Schedule :
Monday – Friday
9AM – 5 PM
Weekends as needed
Our ideal Leasing Agent will have :
Minimum 3 years of experience in the apartment management field
Knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices
Ability to maintain a clean and organize workplace for those that visit the office
Proven track of successful sales record
Up to date knowledge of property market status
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Persuasive marketing and sales skills
Customer service orientation
Excellent organizational skills
Our Leasing Agent will be responsible for :
Provide tours or the apartment communities to prospective residents for the purpose of leasing apartments
Keep accurate and detailed records of phone and walk-in traffic utilizing approved traffic logs and guest cards
Successfully sell the property’s products and services to prospective residents
Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, sister properties, and competitors
Assist the manager in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to increase property traffic and internet leads
Adhere to all laws including the Fair Housing Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to apartment rental
Manage the tenant lifecycle by being knowledgeable and organized with all lease-related paperwork, including processing applications, preparing move-in information, managing lease files, managing renewal letters / leases, completing brochures, completing move out requests, and any other forms utilized for leasing and resident relations
