HR Manager

We are partnering with a client to find a HR Manager to join their team. This position will develop and administer various human resource and environmental health / safety plans and procedures for the company.

Position

  • Full Time Direct Hire

Background Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in administration and experience in Human Resources Department in Manufacturing
  • Environmental health and safety plan experience

    • Job Responsibilities / Skills

  • Implements, revises, and updates Environmental Management System, serving as Environmental Management Representative.
  • Directs, monitors, and evaluates HR department activities and performance, ensuring alignment with HR functions.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements personnel policies and procedures
  • Prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.
