Position Highlights
Title : Manufacturing Engineer
Full Time Direct Hire
Background Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role
Experienced with Metal Stampings and / or Weldings
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
Experience with CNC machining, automation, and robotics is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Job Responsibilities
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality
Implement lean manufacturing techniques to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Design and optimize production layouts, tooling, and fixtures to maximize operational efficiency
Collaborate with design, quality, and production teams to resolve engineering and manufacturing challenges
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues
Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing and validating manufacturing processes
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Utilize CAD software and other engineering tools for process design and improvements
Monitor production data, analyze performance metrics, and implement data-driven improvements
Train and support production teams on best manufacturing practices
