Position Summary :

Our client is looking for a Product Development Engineer to design and develop innovative fluid dispensing products, such as adhesive cartridges, mixer accessories, and related products. This role requires interfacing with vendors, ensuring manufacturing processes meet design specifications, and providing direct technical support to key customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong blend of technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Position Highlight :

  • Full Time Direct Hire onsite role (Onsite in Madison, WI)
  • Title : Product Development Engineer

Background Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related field).
  • Must have experience designing injection molded plastic parts
  • Proven experience in product development, preferably in the manufacturing or adhesives industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical discussions and customer interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing
