PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER

Duties include:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations

Prescribe psychiatric and MAT medications

Provide medication education

Provide medication management

Review treatment plans for signature

Provide consultations to staff as needed

Collaborate with Clinical Director

Follow guidelines of OASAS regulatory agency

Qualifications - External

Requirements:

Licensed Nurse Practiioner, with minimum 3 years experience in addiction and behavioral health

valid State license

DEA license

Acceptable clearance checks for State Central Register, Driver license and fingerprinting as required by the program

buprenorphine waiver certified
