Dish Washer

Reports to: Kitchen Lead
Job Purpose:
A team player in the kitchen. Supports the rest of the team by keeping the kitchen and front of house fully stocked with clean small wares and utensils. Help to keep the cafe cleaned and bussed. Help to clean the restaurant.
Duties:
•Uphold our high quality standards
•Follow all Company, Health department and other applicable standards
•Wash dishes, small wares, and utensils
•Be a team player, ensure work area is kept clean and tidy.
•As needed help to keep the restaurant tables cleaned and clear (busing tables)
•Clean the restaurant floors at the close of business
•Help maintain a clean and tidy restroom throughout the day.
•Clean restrooms and other assigned areas at the end of the day
•Other similar duties as needed
Skills /Qualifications: Experience working as a team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and always willing to jump into help out others. An eye for detail and desire to move up in the company. May need to occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
Required Certifications: Food Handler Certification (or ANSI equivalent)
