Job Overview
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks within the restaurant environment, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness. Your ability to work as part of a team and engage with customers will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner.
• Handle food safely and ensure compliance with food safety standards during preparation and serving.
• Operate cash registers, process transactions accurately, and manage cash handling responsibilities.
• Perform basic math calculations for order processing and cash management.
• Assist in food preparation and cooking as needed, following established recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by bussing tables and cleaning surfaces.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote menu items and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Experience in food handling practices and knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Proficiency in cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to team members and customers.
