Minimum qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or 60 college credits
• Three professional references with one by a previous direct supervisor
• NJ Substitute Credential

Preferred qualifications:

• Dedication to continuous professional development and learning
• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various classroom environments
• Bilingual - Spanish Speaker
• Experience working with Children or Special Education
