The Role:
As a TeachStart Recruiter, you’ll help open up the pathway to teaching by finding great people who want to make a difference for students but are not sure where to start. You’ll deploy a range of recruitment strategies to build awareness of the TeachStart opportunity, building strong relationships and assessing fit with our program.
You will be a key driver of our growth as we work to recruit 3,000 fellows by the 2027 school year.
You will spend your time driving recruitment, reviewing applications, building relationships with applicants, conducting interviews and helping our fellows complete onboarding.
This is a full-time hybrid role, requiring some in person time. Therefore, the person in this role will need to be able to commute to one of our Scoot Partners’ .
