Overview
We're looking for friendly, upbeat, people-loving humans to join our team as Servers! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making someone’s day, we want to meet you. As a Server at Scoot’s Café, you'll help create a welcoming, fun dining experience—serving great food, sharing genuine smiles, and keeping the good vibes going all shift long.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a warm smile and positive attitude—they’re here for a great time, and you’re part of it!
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS (or similar systems).
- Deliver delicious plates and beverages with flair and attention to detail.
- Know the menu and help guests decide—suggest your faves or what’s fresh today.
- Handle payments confidently and responsibly.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly.
- Keep your station and the dining area clean and tidy.
- Follow food safety guidelines and help maintain a safe, happy environment.
- Jump in to answer questions or solve small issues before they become big ones.
What You Bring
- Prior server experience is great, but not required—we’ll train the right attitude.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or OpenTable is a plus.
- Basic math and strong cash-handling skills.
- Great communication skills—you love people and it shows.
- Cool under pressure and ready to hustle when it gets busy.
- A flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
