Position is for Baristas that want to lead their team. We will have 1 store manager and are looking for team leads out of this position.
Responsibilites
Greet and connect with each customer
Prepare drinks according to recipe, quickly and accurately
Operate and maintain cleanliness of all store equipment
Manage cash drawer, following established procedures
Keep store clean and organized
Maintain workflow efficiency by restocking workstations, food, and supplies
Resolve customer issues
Serve as keyholder, following all opening and closing procedures
Ensure team members follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Able to lead the team in delivering the Scooter's "Amazing" customer service
